From Kansas City, MO. Take hwy 70 east, to Columbia, take hwy 63 south, to Jefferson City, stay on hwy 63 and go thru Westphalia, continue on to hwy 68 south to St. James, take hwy 8 southeast out of St. James to Steelville, in Steelville go thru 3 way stop, then east on hwy 8 for 10 miles to the BIG YELLOW ARROW, BASS' RIVER RESORT sign on your left. Follow blacktop 1.4 miles.
From St. Louis, MO. Take I-44 west to Cuba (exit #208), then south on hwy 19 to Steelville, in Steelville go thru 3 way stop, then east on hwy 8 for 10 miles to the BIG YELLOW ARROW, BASS' RIVER RESORT sign on your left. Follow blacktop 1.4 miles.
A shuttle will be available to the starting line Saturday morning. Sign up on the application.
Point-to-point on the Ozark Trail. Mostly single track, plenty of climbs and a few opportunities to get your feet wet. There is approximately 15,000 feet of elevation gain. Well blazed with Ozark Trail markers. Will be marked with ribbon during the day and reflective tape at night. Seven Aid Stations will have drops bags. Four Aid Stations will be crew accessible. Pacers can start at 43.5 miles.
The Ozark Trail is 350 miles of trail that wind through the Missouri Ozarks. For more information on the trail, go to http://www.ozarktrail.com.

32 Hours
13 Aid Stations approximately 5 to 9 miles apart. All will be manned. Runners will be provided with an adequate supply of water, sports drink, pretzels, fruit, potatoes with salt, chips and cookies. Hot foods and drinks will be available at night. Seven Aid Stations can be used for drop bags. Many of the Aid Stations will be worked by ultra veterans.
