The Mark Twain 100 Mile Endurance Run is in its’ 2nd year. This is a 99% single track trail race held in the Mark Twain National Forest outside of Berryman, MO on the Berryman Trail located about 1.5 hours from St. Louis, MO. The Berryman trail is a 25 mile loop that will be repeated 4 times (2x for the 50) counter clockwise. The loop starts and stops in the Berryman Campground where you and your crew/family are welcome to stay for no cost. We do our best to provide excellent aid and a great venue and generous time limits to provide both the most veteran of runners and first timers a great experience. This is a no hype low key event that is about you the runner. We hope you join us in September!
